Initial Consultation Guide
Important Notes for First Visit Appointments

1 Book a First Visit Appointment
- As patients with scheduled appointments are given priority, we recommend making an appointment before visiting the hospital whenever possible.

2 Registration
- Upon arrival, please take a waiting number ticket from the kiosk first.
- When your waiting number is called at the registration desk, we will proceed with your registration.

3 Initial Consultation
- After registration, please complete the initial consultation form and take a waiting number ticket for the initial consultation.
- When your waiting number is called in the initial consultation room, you will receive an initial nursing consultation.
- To reduce your waiting time, you can download the initial medical history form from the website, complete it in advance, and bring it with you on your first visit.

4 Medical Consultation
- After the initial nursing consultation, a nurse will guide you to the waiting area in front of the consultation room.
- When your name appears on the waiting screen outside the consultation room, please enter the room to see your attending physician.
- If necessary, additional examinations such as a detailed ultrasound or blood tests may be performed.

5 Tests and Injections
- Blood tests, electrocardiograms (ECG), and other examinations are performed in the examination room.
- Male patients will undergo a semen analysis in the Andrology Room (Semen Collection Room).

6 Payment & Prescription Issuance
- After completing your consultation, examinations, injections, and procedures, please take a waiting number ticket at the Administration Office for payment.
- When your number is called, please proceed to the administrative desk to complete your payment.
- If you have a prescription, it will be issued after payment. For injectable medications, please submit the prescription at the Injection Room to receive your medication. If this is your first treatment, you will receive instructions in the Education Room while receiving your injection medication.
- If you have an outpatient prescription, please visit a pharmacy located in the building or nearby before returning home.
